A different kind of Christmas

As Christmas day is fast approaching, my thoughts turn to the many people who have lost a loved one. Christmas takes on a whole different meaning when there is that someone special who is missing - someone who in recent years has been sitting at the table with us, eating, drinking and enjoying family time.
It is my heartfelt hope that each and everyone of you who is grieving the loss of a loved one takes the time to be at one with your grief, yet at the same time, spend time with those closest to you - the ones who understand you and walk beside you in your grief.
Remember that you are not alone.
