A proposal!

Having been a marriage celebrant for 10 years now, I have had the privilege of "marrying" many couples at many different locations. Up until last Saturday though, I had never witnessed a proposal.
A young couple engaged my services as the celebrant at the naming of their 5 month old son. Family and friends gathered to witness the naming and celebrate the occasion, not knowing that there was a surprise ahead.
After the congratulations were offered , the father of the baby got down on bended knee and proposed - it really was wonderful to witness such a beautiful thing.
I wish the couple every happiness in the world. They are lovely people with four gorgeous children.
