Happy Celebrant Day To Me!

On this day 13 years ago, I was appointed as a Marriage Celebrant by the Attorney Generals Department.
Up until that day I was conducting funeral ceremonies as well as naming day ceremonies, commitments and renewal of vows. Adding marriage ceremonies was the icing on the cake so to speak.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every couple who have engaged my services to officiate their weddings, along with the many families who have entrusted me to deliver their loved ones funeral ceremony and naming day ceremony, and the couples who have had me officiate their renewal or commitment.
What a ride it has been - meeting people from all walks of life, cultures and religions with varying beliefs. It is what I love about this path I have chosen to travel - I love to meet new people and learn new things.
